ABOUT OUTREACH

Hope Outreach exists to spread the Kingdom of God through Word, Deed and Prayer.
(Matthew 9:35-37)

Outreach is central to the mission of our Church to glorify God through the fulfillment of the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment

LOCAL

Our local outreach ministries mobilize the church to reach out to people in need in our own church, our community and our city.

GLOBAL

As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are called to make disciples of all nations.
Our global outreach initiatives mobilize the church to reach the nations by supporting missions, sending missionaries, and planting churches; all to share the gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations.

Compassion’s mission is to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name. Over the last 70 years, Compassion revolutionized the fight against global poverty by partnering with local churches to lift children out of spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty. As members of this church, we support children in Haiti & Peru.

The Great Commission Collective (GC Collective) is an international family of churches that exist to glorify God by planting, strengthening, and multiplying Great Commission Churches around the world. Through our network, we are able to come alongside and support church plants in Ukraine, Romania, Quebec and Toronto.

We support Gary, Marina and their family as they serve through Avant Ministries in equipping missionaries, pastors and church leaders in Africa and Eastern Europe. They served in Kenya for many years and are currently deployed in Greece. Athens is a strategic location with many opportunities to evangelize and disciple English speaking immigrants and newcomers. Athens is also central to Africa and Eastern Europe, allowing them to equip and train church-planters to the Balkans, Turkey and the Middle East, as well as African missionaries who serve in Tanzania, Uganda, South Sudan, Mali, Senegal and Angola.

We support Ryan Robertson, Tim & Karla Hammer at Reaching & Teaching International Ministries. It exists to reach the peoples of the world through evangelism and by meeting the great need for deep discipleship, pastoral preparation, leadership training, and theological education. Hope Church Toronto West has partnered with Reaching and Teaching, through financial support and sending bible teachers from our Church to equip Churches in some of the hardest parts of the world to be a Christian.

We support The Schroeder Family at The House of Peace Ministries. Their purpose is to impact Fulani communities both physically and spiritually through prayer, education, evangelism, practical support, and discipleship as informed by the Great Commandment and directed by Christ in the Great Commission. To act as a bridge between the church and Fulani communities and to facilitate unity among believers. Hope Church Toronto West has partnered with House of Peace Ministries, through financial support as they minister in this part of the world.
